Get Yourself Moving – Strength Building Seminar

PowerSource Personal Training will offer a program called Simple Strength. The course Simple Strength is an at home program for rebuilding your physical strength, stamina, mobility, energy, and balance at any age. It consists of three basic whole body moves using only your body weight or some simple hand weights to be done three times a week. A simple clean eating, energy producing, training diet is included.

If you want to get stronger, reshape and tone, lose weight, or rehab after an injury or illness, this seminar will give you a safe – at home – workout to get started.

There is a $10 seminar fee. Participants will leave with:
• A pictured, 3-day-per-week, workout for home
• A basic training diet
• Tips on staying motivated

Seminar fee may be used as credit for any personal training sessions at PowerSource. Participants must call or e-mail PowerSource Personal Training and register by Thursday, March 26.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and will be required to sign a waiver.
